The London Cancer Hub will involve a complete reimagining of the existing Sutton site.

When complete, the development will offer more than 280,000 square metres of integrated life-science buildings including facilities for cancer research, diagnosis, treatment, education and commercial collaboration.

The development will be phased over around 20 years, in a way that will minimise disruption to existing research and patient care.

The Development Framework for The London Cancer Hub is designed to be flexible to accommodate change, but establishes seven key planning principles.
